Business Analysis Lead

Our ideal business analysts create distinct value for our customers, they re-conceptualize issues to discover practical solutions to hard problems, utilizing their deep technical, business and product understanding to solve our customers’ biggest challenges allowing them to grow and get the most of our solutions. Responsibilities Identify, clearly communicate, and plan how to meet department/team goals and define and communicate team members’ roles. Identify training and development needs and coach team members on achieving goals. Recruit and select high performers, develop talent, and recognize performance. Capture, document, and validate business and end-user requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. Facilitate requirements walk-throughs and obtain sign-offs from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs. Act as the product owner, collaborating with technical teams to define and refine business and technical requirements. Analyze workflows and identify improvement areas to enhance software usability, performance, and integrity. Bachelor's degree of Computer Science/ Engineering 9+ years of relevant experience Previous team leadership experience is required
