Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and sign-offs from stakeholders effectively. Analyze workflows, propose enhancements, and implement solutions that improve software usability, performance, and integrity. Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring clarity in business and technical requirements. Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Develop and implement best practices for business analysis processes and documentation. Identify opportunities for team training and professional development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
