Summary The Director of RWE BI Products holds a significant position within the organization, supporting a complex and expanding area in healthcare. The main responsibility is to lead a team of BI developers responsible for creating dashboards and reporting products for external clients. Duties include client portal development, BI strategy formulation, implementation and maintenance, maintaining up-to-date and accurate BI products, and providing BI support to internal stakeholders. The role also involves serving as SME for core BI platforms across both internal and external teams, understanding customer marketplace needs, and integrating these into BI strategy and architecture. Responsibilities Manage, develop, and oversee a team of BI developers to deliver advanced products and services for Forsyth Health Provide consultation and communication with internal and external stakeholders to clarify complex issues and inquiries, proposing appropriate actions or solutions Identify tasks required for project success proactively Support the development of enterprise BI strategy Coordinate with technology partners regarding BI strategy across the company Research and implement new tools, applications, and data frameworks to enhance team capability Develop standardized reporting processes to monitor trends and provide industry analysis Promote a performance-driven environment that facilitates collaboration and encourages innovative approaches Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines, priorities, and escalation processes Collaborate across functions to introduce innovation and efficiency into models and reports Create scalable BI products for external users through portal-based access management Required Experience and Skills 10 + years of related professional experience Experience creating data products for life science/pharmaceutical industry Skilled in Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, ETL, Spark, Python, and big data frameworks In-depth understanding of Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, Thoughtspot, or similar tools Experience deploying dashboards and reporting features for external users Experience with “white-labeling” BI tools Strong presentation and communication abilities Demonstrated leadership experience, proactive management, team orientation, and dedication to client service Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, resolve complex problems, and manage projects efficiently Capability to think creatively and adapt when needed, quick decision-making skills Proficient analytical skills, including quantitative analysis, reporting solutions expertise, and awareness of advanced analytic tools and principles BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline is highly desirable

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 155,400 - 259,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
