Business Development Associate

Tasks Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in the software development industry. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align business development strategies with the company's AI and staff augmentation offerings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform the development of new business strategies and products. Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients to effectively communicate the company's value proposition. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role within the software development industry. Strong understanding of AI products and their application in enhancing business solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.
