Our client is a well-established insurance broker based in Dubai, offering tailored personal and commercial insurance solutions across the UAE. They are seeking an Business Development Executive to support their growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development, telesales, or client acquisition preferably within financial services, insurance, or investment sectors; possess the ability to persuade, negotiate, and build and have a target-driven mindset. Role Summary The Business Development Executive will engage and acquire high-profile clients. The role involves reaching out to high net-worth individuals and decision-makers, convincing them to attend insurance meetings, and driving successful deal conversions with the support of internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities · Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company services and establish rapport with target leads. · Convince and book meetings for detailed insurance discussions. · Coordinate with internal teams and management to ensure smooth client engagement and conversion. · Maintain accurate records of all interactions, meetings, and outcomes · Achieve and exceed assigned targets related to meeting bookings, lead conversions, and revenue generation. · Provide consistent feedback to management on lead quality, market response, and client insights. Skills & Experience Required · Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, telesales, or client acquisition—preferably within financial services, insurance, or investment sectors. · Exceptional communication skills. · Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and build · Strong organizational and follow-up skills with a target-driven mindset. · Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
