The Role We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow E1’s presence in the UK construction market. As the BDM, you’ll own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline management to negotiation and close. You’ll also help shape our UK go-to-market approach by sharing insights from the field and collaborating closely with our Product, Operations and Customer Success teams. This role reports directly to our General Manager – GTM & Partnerships (UKI) and will join our small but growing UK team, working alongside a Senior BDM. The UK business is in a start-up phase, so we’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and energised by building from the ground up. If you like autonomy, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy seeing your impact directly influence growth, you’ll fit right in. About You You’re a confident salesperson with a consultative approach. You know how to uncover customer pain points, build trust quickly, and deliver value that sticks. You’re motivated by results, but you also care about building long-term partnerships and representing a brand with integrity.
3+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development.
