Now, we’re expanding with a new digital platform and self-service channels, and we’re looking for a Manager of Business Development to help lead the way. About the Role We’re seeking a driven and strategic leader who can accelerate growth across key verticals including Medicare, Life Insurance, Final Expense, and emerging digital marketing opportunities. As Manager of Business Development, you’ll help shape our go-to-market strategy, develop acquisition plans, and guide the rollout of our new self-service platform, Kramer Konnect. Compensation: this position will be paid on a salaried basis with a pay between $70,000 - $80,000 annually depending on prior experience. This base pay is subject to all applicable statutory deductions and authorized withholdings as required by law. This base pay is also subject to any authorized deductions to contribute toward the employee’s portion of benefits premiums and/or 401(k) contributions.
