Business Environment Specialist – Remote Assignment

As a Business Environment Specialist, you will help strengthen environmental performance and ensure high-quality environmental reporting within an international organisation. The assignment can be carried out fully remotely and suits someone who enjoys analysis, structure, and global collaboration 🌍. About the role In this position, you support the organisation with environmental and sustainability expertise. You review environmental data, follow up with contacts across countries and sites, and prepare documentation for audits. You play a key part in driving continuous improvement in environmental performance and reporting processes. Responsibilities Review and quality-check country data for Fleet and SPI in environmental reporting Identify anomalies and high emission factors in reported data Coordinate reviews and follow-up with contacts across countries and sites Support Scope 3/Category 11 work, including calculation details and audit preparation Collect, structure and organise documentation and templates for environmental audits Ensure continuity and development of environmental reporting Provide ad hoc support on environmental-related topics Report environmental incidents and share lessons learned and best practices across the organisation Requirements Experience with environmental data, sustainability reporting or similar tasks Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large datasets Strong communication skills in English, spoken and written Confident working with international stakeholders Scope and period Scope: 100% Period: 8 December 2025 – 7 March 2026 Location: Västerås or fully remote 💻 Sway Sourcing is an innovative recruitment partner specializing in matching the right talent with the right company—quickly and efficiently.
