Business Integrations Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a Business Integrations Analyst to design, automate, and optimize the data and reporting solutions that power our organization. In this hybrid technical and analytical role, you will build integrations across platforms, develop automated data pipelines and reports, and deliver actionable insights that support teams across the company. Reporting to the VP, Digital Strategy & Transformation, you will play a key role in advancing the company’s digital transformation and data-driven decision-making capabilities. You will also collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions, streamline reporting processes, and produce recurring summaries that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Data Integration & Transformation:

• Design, build, and maintain ETL processes that extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the enterprise data warehouse.
• Develop SQL views, stored procedures, and automation scripts to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Conduct thorough validation and testing to ensure data integrity across systems.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Create and maintain automated Power BI dashboards and Excel-based summary reports (weekly/monthly) for financial, operational, and strategic insights.
• Partner with business units to interpret data needs and develop efficient, scalable reporting solutions.
• Implement automation for recurring data refreshes and report distribution leveraging the Azure ecosystem (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, etc.)

Process Improvement & Collaboration:

• Identify opportunities for automation, data quality improvement, and workflow efficiency across departments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate new data sources, streamline reporting pipelines, and enhance system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving data transformation, reporting, or integration processes.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

3–6 years of experience developing ETL processes, data pipelines, and/or warehouse solutions. 3–6 years of experience collaborating across business and technical teams to deliver actionable insights. 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Excel for advanced data analysis and visualization. 1-2 years of working with Azure tools (e.g. Functions, Logic Apps, Blob Storage) and VS Code

• Strong experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Flask) and working with APIs, JSON, and RPA techniques.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and Flask.
• Strong SQL skills for data modeling, transformation, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data formats (JSON, XML, HTML/JavaScript).
• Experience with RPA or other process automation techniques is a plus.

Knowledge of data warehouse architecture and BI principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and see projects through to completion.

• Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
