The Business Process Consultant is responsible for driving operational efficiency and optimizing business processes to enhance return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a strong focus on process mapping, utilizing advanced analysis tools, and applying recognized improvement frameworks to identify and implement best practices for our external clients. The consultant will collaborate with external clients to analyze current processes, design more efficient workflows, and lead initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Location & Travel Requirements: This is a remote-eligible position, however, Marco Technologies requires employees to reside within one of the following states: DE, FL, IA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, ME, NE, ND, NJ, PA, RI, SD, TX, WI. This position may also require occasional travel.
Pay Range: $91,488 - $146,381 annually
