You Will Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to increase brand visibility and acquire new YouTrip users in the TH market. Own end-to-end campaign operations - from planning and execution to post-campaign analysis - ensuring a structured setup, accurate data tracking, and clear on performance measurement. Drive implementation of financial active rate by designing activation-focused campaigns, and collaborating with data teams. You will deeply understand activation metrics, and launch targeted campaigns to convert newly acquired users into financially active ones. Manage user communications or CRM across push, in-app, and email channels to deepen engagement and strengthen YouTrip’s relevance to users. Leverage segmentation and behavioral insights to design personalized user journeys that improve activation and conversion, while continuously running A/B tests to optimize messaging performance. Translate business goals into data-driven campaign structures, working closely with the data team, product team, and design teams. Collaborate and negotiate with partners (bank, OTA, eCommerce platforms) to co-create partnership campaigns that amplify visibility and repeat engagement. Collaborate with in-house design and creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaign materials that bring ideas to life across all touchpoints. Track campaign results, analyze post-mortems, and translate insights into sharper next-round executions. You are having 2-3+ years of experience in mega campaign management. Ideally you have experience in planning and executing major promotional campaigns under your belt. Structured & Data-Driven: You love working with numbers, spreadsheets, and dashboards. Excel formulas, pivots, and performance calculations are second nature to you. Analytical Marketer: You use data to form hypotheses, test, and refine campaign ideas not just follow intuition. You have passion for consumer insights, creative storytelling, and measurable performance. You know how to measure results vs budget spend, and conversion lift by heart. System-Minded: You’re familiar with campaign setup processes, CRM tools, and tracking systems, and you always double-check the details before launch.. Execution-Focused: You take pride in running things smoothly, from timelines to stakeholder alignment. Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight timelines Collaborative: You thrive in brainstorms, love feedback loops, and see teamwork as fuel for better ideas.
