Job Summary:

The Cash Management Sr. Analyst at Arch Amenities Group is responsible for monitoring and forecasting cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations. The Cash Management Sr. Analyst will play a key role in monitoring and ensuring the timely processing of critical payments, such as insurance premiums. Reporting to the Controller, this position is critical to maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining high standards of collaboration and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the disbursement cycle and cash trends, including forecasting cash

flows.

• Preparation of cash flow projections and payment summaries. Prepare and

analyze financial reports related to cash management and liquidity status.

• Monitor cash collections and review accounts payable and accounts receivable

aging reports. Support collection efforts for both corporate and certain spa & fitness facilities.

• Track and ensure the timely processing of critical payments, including

insurance premiums, to avoid disruptions in coverage or penalties.

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

in disbursement processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory

requirements.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly in cash management

or treasury functions.

• Proficiency in NetSuite and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of treasury, cash management, disbursement processes, internal

controls, and regulatory compliance.

• Proven ability to track and manage critical payment schedules, such as

insurance premiums.

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.
• Proven ability to streamline processes and implement operational

improvements.
