CCaaS Implementation Architect - REMOTE

The CCaaS Implementation Architect will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud-based contact center solutions for enterprise clients. This role focuses on end-to-end architecture, platform configuration, and integration across complex CCaaS systems, including AI-driven tools, workforce engagement, and security/compliance standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide technical strategy, and provide subject matter expertise to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact implementations. Accountabilities:

• Own end-to-end design and architecture of enterprise CCaaS solutions, including omni-channel routing, analytics, workforce engagement, and AI-enabled features.
• Conduct IT and business stakeholder interviews to define requirements and establish implementation milestones.
• Lead platform implementation, including configuration, integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and testing across multiple CCaaS platforms.
• Maintain reusable code libraries, deployment documentation, and standardization of technical processes.
• Support project management efforts, including resource allocation, status reporting, and executive readouts.
• Provide expert technical consultation, educating internal teams and clients on platform capabilities and operational impacts.
• Monitor evolving technology trends and vendor capabilities to inform process improvements and deployment strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

7–10 years of experience designing and implementing CCaaS solutions for enterprise clients.

• Hands-on expertise with NICE CXOne, Genesys Pure Cloud, or other CCaaS platforms.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++, with experience in code review and best practice standards.
• SME-level experience with REST and SOAP API integrations, bots, NLP tools (Dialogflow, Omilia), and advanced workforce engagement platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, and architecture/visualization software (Visio, Lucid).
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate complex client and team dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize assignments, and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UCaaS integration, security, compliance, and platform governance best practices.
