Strategy Specialist – Pricing, Procurement & Growth Levers (CEO’s Office) Location: North America (NAMER Time Zone) About the Role We’re looking for a Strategic Business Manager to join the CEO’s Office (Corporate Strategy Organization), focusing on pricing, packaging, procurement transformation, and growth market identification. This role partners closely with the Founders and GTM leadership to shape commercial strategy and drive business scalability. You’ll play a key role in defining pricing models, evaluating growth opportunities, and transforming procurement processes to unlock enterprise value. Key Responsibilities Lead pricing and packaging strategy to optimize monetization across markets and customer segments. Drive procurement transformation to create scalable, transparent, and efficient vendor management processes. Identify and evaluate growth markets, new revenue streams, and strategic levers for expansion. Partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to align pricing strategy with business objectives. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer behavior analysis to refine strategy. Develop frameworks, dashboards, and presentations for executive decision-making. Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects led by the CEO’s Office. What You’ll Bring 3–6 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Pricing, or Procurement Transformation. Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities. Proven experience in pricing strategy, procurement efficiency, and growth analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience in Consulting (Big 3 / MBB) or high-growth SaaS / Tech organizations preferred.
