In this role, you will function as a strategic operator - helping translate our company strategy into execution, building scalable processes, driving cross-functional accountability and leading high-impact internal initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced business leader or rising operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations and data, and who wants to help build the backbone of a global, profitable SaaS organisation entering its next stage of growth.
Strategic Planning & Performance
Ensure decisions made at the leadership level are clearly communicated, tracked and delivered. Step in to lead special cross-functional projects where operational depth and speed are needed. C-level Leverage & Internal Communication Closely collaborate with leadership on strategic analyses, decision memos, and key internal communications. Act as thought partner to manage priorities, follow-ups and strategic initiatives. Ensure transparent communication flow across the organisation, translating strategy into operational clarity. Success in 12 Months
Strategy Execution: Strategic initiatives are executed company-wide
5–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or finance, ideally within a high-growth SaaS company or top-tier consulting/VC/PE environment.
