We’re seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead into the next phase of growth: building AI-first, high-value products informed by data-driven customer needs, extending addressable market, and evolving go-to-market to include product-led motions. The Chief Product Officer (CPO) will be responsible for defining and executing Axonify’s product vision and strategy.
Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that reflects customer needs and strengthens Axonify’s leadership in the frontline enablement market Ideate, test, develop, and launch new products that expand the company’s impact on frontline organizations and unlock new market opportunities Leverage AI for competitive advantage in the product experience and to accelerate the team’s ability to analyze markets, anticipate trends, and bring products to market faster Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing product team that thrives in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment Establish repeatable, data-driven processes for product development, prioritization, and launch to ensure products meet customer expectations and achieve market success Partner cross-functionally with technology, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure products resonate with customers, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business impact Amplify the voice of the customer, embedding frontline user insights and feedback into product strategy and design decisions Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the product organization to ensure Axonify remains a trusted and innovative partner to its customers
