    About the Client Our client is a rapidly growing fintech company developing digital financial infrastructure that powers cross-border payments, financial operations, and embedded finance solutions. With offices in Limassol and Riga, the company combines technology and innovation to simplify complex financial flows for global businesses. Role Overview As Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will define and lead the company’s overall product strategy, ensuring alignment between business goals, market opportunities, and technological execution. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the product vision, managing multi-product roadmaps, and driving innovation across financial and payment platforms. Key Responsibilities Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap across payment, banking, and financial services. Lead product discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management across multiple B2B fintech solutions. Collaborate with engineering, compliance, finance, and commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment. Establish data-driven decision-making, defining KPIs and tracking product performance. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization. Balance innovation with scalability and regulatory compliance. Monitor market trends and translate insights into competitive product differentiation. Requirements 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles such as Head of Product or CPO. Proven track record in building and scaling financial, payment, or banking platforms. Deep understanding of product strategy, UX, and technology within fintech. Strong experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments. Strategic and analytical thinker with hands-on execution capability. Fluent English (the role involves communication with international teams and partners). Key Soft Skills Leadership with clear communication and vision-setting skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Collaborative and adaptable approach in a dynamic environment. High sense of ownership and accountability.
