As a Client Manager at 360dialog, you will own and drive the relationship with our clients across Brazil. Your goal is to guide clients in leveraging WhatsApp as a strategic performance channel and integrating it into their growth strategy. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships, serving as the voice of the client within our organization, and leading them toward achieving measurable success on WhatsApp. This role demands exceptional relationship building and management abilities, analytical- and problem-solving skills, along with a constructive growth mindset.
Understand the business, goals and strategy of the clients
You bring a highly responsible, self-organized mindset and the ability to work autonomously with a “do what makes sense” approach. You build strong, trust-based relationships through genuine dialogue, active listening, and adapting to each client’s communication style. You ask the right questions, deeply understand client needs, and foster open, honest conversations that lead to meaningful results.
