ABOUT THE ROLE Role type: This is a Temp, W2, Full-Time, Salaried position (6 months) Location: Remote in the U.S. Start date: January 2026 We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our clinical recruitment efforts and collaborate with leaders at Cartwheel to meet their recruiting needs. As a temporary member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across Cartwheel. Reporting to Cartwheel’s Director of Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will have experience in clinical recruiting, expert sourcing skills, a strategic mindset, and "world class" interpersonal skills. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own full cycle clinical recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. Play a critical role in developing and executing a multi-state recruitment strategy. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing, to identify talent. Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and contribute to our diversity hiring initiatives. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. WHO YOU ARE Have a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring great talent. Experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment hiring licensed mental health therapists Ability to quickly build authentic, trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Cartwheel uses Greenhouse (ATS) and Gem (sourcing and reporting platform), as well as LinkedIn and Indeed for sourcing The above is a summary of the role, not an exhaustive list.
