Communications Project Manager

Modus Group story began in 1993 in Lithuania. The international group of companies currently operates in European markets and focuses on four areas: renewable energy (Green Genius), mobility services (CityBee and MyBee), Automotive business (Modus Automotive with well-known brands such as Porsche, Bentley, Maserati, MG, XPENG, etc.), and Envolve Capital, licensed fund management company, specializing in renewable energy investments. While growing business and looking for new opportunities, Modus Group follows its strategic guidelines: investing into the future, trusting green, and working smart. Now we are looking for a Communications Project Manager. From internal updates to media outreach - you’ll be the key person driving communication across CityBee, MyBee, and the broader Modus Group.

As Communications Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Leading communication planning and delivery across formats and channels Working closely with leadership at CityBee, MyBee, and across Modus Group to ensure consistent messaging Creating content for public and internal use, including press releases, newsletters, and social media Collaborating with marketing teams to support and align campaign communications Managing stakeholder engagement and evaluating communication outcomes Handling crisis communication when necessary Coordinating with PR agencies and other external partners

To be our perfect fit we expect you to:

Have 4+ years of experience as a Communications Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally within an agency or large organization Be confident managing large-scale, complex communication projects across multiple formats and channels Know how to collaborate effectively with business leaders, turning their insights into impactful communications Demonstrate strong attention to detail, a high level of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bring a creative and proactive mindset, with the drive to make things happen and ensure key messages land with the right audience

Monthly salary:

From 2975 EUR to 3305 EUR gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies
