In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with local organizations, stakeholders, and community members to promote our mission and services. This position is ideal for someone with excellent networking skills, a commitment to community engagement, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement outreach programs that align with our mission and effectively serve community needs. Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders. Represent Genius Agency AI at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and mission. Develop promotional materials and presentations to enhance awareness of our work. Collect feedback from the community to improve programs and services. Collaborate with internal teams to share outreach efforts and align on community engagement goals. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in community outreach, social work, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously. Experience in public speaking and comfortable representing the organization in various settings. Knowledge of community resources and a passion for supporting underserved populations.
