Core Purpose As our Content Strategist, you’ll be the architect of AccessiWay’s content ecosystem — crafting strategies and narratives that educate, engage, and convert. You’ll bridge brand storytelling with performance marketing, ensuring every piece of content reflects our mission while achieving tangible business results. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company objectives and growth goals. Build editorial calendars that support both organic and paid initiatives. Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities throughout the customer journey. Define content pillars and messaging frameworks for different audiences and channels. Content Production & Management Oversee the creation of content across blog, website, social media, email, and emerging platforms. Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager to produce YouTube content, expert interviews, and customer stories. Collaborate with the SEO & GEO Expert to ensure content is optimized for discoverability and relevance. Manage workflows with internal teams, freelancers, and external contributors to ensure timely delivery and consistency. Brand Voice & Guidelines Maintain and evolve AccessiWay’s distinctive brand voice across all touchpoints. Create and manage content style guides and templates for both internal and external use. Champion accessibility in content — ensuring readability, inclusive language, and proper use of alt text. Performance & Optimization Monitor and analyze content performance to drive continuous improvement. Experiment with content formats, headlines, and CTAs to enhance engagement and conversion. Report on how content contributes to brand growth, pipeline generation, and revenue goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to develop high-converting copy for ads and landing pages. Support the Senior Graphic Designer with creative briefs that align visual and narrative storytelling. Collaborate with the Product team to create educational and onboarding materials that empower users. KPIs Measurable growth in organic traffic to the website and blog. Significant content contribution to pipeline generation and conversion. Successful launch and scaling of AccessiWay’s YouTube channel with consistent, high-quality content. Continuous improvement in engagement metrics (time on page, shares, conversion rate). Profile You’re a strategic storyteller who combines creativity with data. With 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech, you know how to build content ecosystems that drive awareness, trust, and measurable growth. You’re an excellent communicator with strong project management skills and a passion for leveraging AI tools to scale content production authentically and effectively. Required Skills Visionary mindset for impact-driven content creation. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization strategies. Experience with CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, or similar). Data-driven approach to content planning and performance. Knowledge of accessibility principles is a strong plus.
