    Location: Remote/Oxford, Oxfordshire Salary/package: £24,309.07 per annum Contract type: Permanent Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week Join the Lifecycle Management Group as a Contract Data Management Administrator and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of contract renewals. Why this role matters This role is key to maintaining accurate and effective contract records that support the wider team and enhance service delivery. The successful candidate will ensure data quality, support contract renewals, manage supplier queries and provide administrative support across the business. It’s a varied role with plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and make a meaningful contribution. What you’ll be doing Ensure all contract data is accurate, complete, and up to date. Manage shared inboxes efficiently and prioritise workloads effectively. Investigate, manage, and present opportunities to secure credits where applicable. Build, manage, and develop relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Maintain accurate use of the contract management system (OPTIMiSe). Respond to report and data requests accurately and within agreed timeframes. Support Contract Managers in supplier and client meetings as required. Handle client and supplier queries promptly and professionally. Maintain and update databases (e.g., SRM) with accurate, timely data entry. Prioritise daily activities to meet deadlines and deliver business objectives. What we’re looking for GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics Proven experience within a corporate, fast-paced administrative role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particular Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience of managing multiple mailboxes and handling a high volume of phone calls. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail when writing and checking documents to minimise errors and to maximise quality.
