    Job Description

    This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 5 years JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced Copywriter who can craft compelling narratives that connect with diverse audiences and elevate our brand voice across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and persuasive copy — whether for digital campaigns, brand storytelling, or marketing collateral. You will collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to produce content that drives engagement, conversion, and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities

    Content Creation & Strategy:

    • Develop creative, persuasive, and original content for websites, social media, advertising campaigns, email marketing, video scripts, and product messaging.
    • Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and marketing objectives.

    Campaign Development:

    • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
    • Write clear, attention-grabbing headlines, taglines, and CTAs that resonate with target audiences.

    Brand Storytelling:

    • Shape and refine brand narratives that strengthen brand identity and emotional connection with audiences.
    • Maintain consistency in messaging across platforms and formats.

    Editing & Proofreading:

    • Review and refine copy to ensure grammatical accuracy, logical flow, and overall quality.
    • Adapt tone, style, and messaging for different audiences and communication channels.

    Market & Audience Research:

    • Conduct research to understand target demographics, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
    • Use data insights and analytics to optimize content for engagement and performance.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and product managers to align creative concepts with business goals.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input throughout the content lifecycle.
    • Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Experience: 5–9 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in advertising, digital marketing, or a creative agency.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Writing Excellence: Strong command of language, grammar, and storytelling with the ability to craft copy that informs, inspires, and converts.
    • Creative Thinking: Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas that stand out in a crowded marketplace.
    • Versatility: Proven experience writing across formats — from long-form articles and blogs to short-form ads, taglines, and UX copy.
    • Digital Savvy: Understanding of SEO principles, social media trends, and performance-driven content strategies.
    • Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and editing skills, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.

    Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust tone, message, and style to fit varied audiences, industries, and channels. Preferred Attributes Experience working with global brands or high-growth startups. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools. Passion for storytelling, branding, and creative experimentation.
