About Winona:

Winona is one of the leading telemedicine companies providing HRT for women in menopause. We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.

About the role:

You'll be crafting compelling copy across various platforms, including email campaigns, video scripts, ads, and more. Your ability to blend conversion-focused writing with the brand voice will be key to engaging our audience and supporting their journey.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging email sequences that nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Create high-converting lead magnets (ebooks, guides, checklists, etc.) to attract new subscribers.
• Write persuasive and conversion-oriented copy for different channels.
• Collaborate with our editorial team to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
• Manage deadlines effectively, maintaining organization and punctuality in all submissions.
• Conduct thorough research and stay updated on health and wellness trends
• Continuously seek to improve your copywriting skills and knowledge of conversion triggers.
• Self-manage projects, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in research.

Requirements:

Proven experience in copywriting, with at least 3+ years in campaign copywriting (agency, in-house, or freelance)

• Strong portfolio showcasing technical writing skills and ability to evoke connection.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Keen attention to detail, with a passion for grammar, punctuation, and creative problem-solving.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and understanding of the copy-design relationship.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, presenting work clearly and creatively.
