What you’ll be doing Support financial controllers and coordinate with tax advisors in the preparation and review of international tax filings and reports Monitor developments in international tax regulations and assess their impact on the business Assist in preparing tax provisions for financial statements under IFRS/GAAP Provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders across markets Help manage responses to tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities Contribute to group tax policies, guidelines, and governance processes Support tax-related aspects of business restructurings, geo-expansions, and M&A integrations Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in tax, preferably with exposure to international tax Experience in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm is a strong plus Good understanding of international tax principles and compliance frameworks Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions Flexible schedule and life work balance Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry Very positive work environment in a young, international, and motivated team Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values Karo Healthcare has a Diverse & Inclusive environment.
