As a representative, you will assist clients in Croatian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring they have an exceptional experience using Booking.com.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services via phone, email, and chat in Croatian. Provide detailed information regarding reservation processes, cancellation policies, and promotional offers. Assist customers with modifications to their bookings, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. Effectively resolve issues and complaints, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Stay updated on trends in the travel industry and Booking.com offerings to better assist customers. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector. Excellent communication skills, with a positive and friendly demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM software and online booking platforms is beneficial. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
