As a Customer Enablement & Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise marketing teams adopt modern workflow and automation tools effectively. You will lead onboarding programs, deliver training sessions, and create scalable enablement resources that simplify complex technical workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, marketing, and content teams to drive measurable business outcomes through automation, CRM workflows, and optimized content strategies. 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, customer success, or product enablement, preferably within SaaS or agency environments.
Strong foundation in SEO and content creation. Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to apply them in workflows and training contexts. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. A teacher/educator mindset with a passion for enabling others and building scalable processes. Competitive monthly compensation ranging from $2,500 to $3,500 depending on experience and impact. Fully remote work with flexible working arrangements.
