We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a crucial member of the Blueprint community, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our brand.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Customer Support:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
    • Provide exceptional assistance and guidance to customers regarding our products, services, and brand philosophy.
    • Has exceptional inbox management skills
    • Can multi-task with variety of systems, products, tickets and customer/order issues

    Issue Resolution:

    • Investigate and resolve customer issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
    • Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a deep understanding of Blueprint Bryan Johnson's products, values, and mission to effectively communicate with customers.
    • Having extensive knowledge of the Blueprint Protocol is a plus!

    Community Engagement:

    • Foster a positive and engaging community environment by actively participating in discussions, forums, and social media platforms to be abreast of what is happening within the community.
    • Advocate for Blueprint's mission and values while building relationships with customers.

    Feedback and Improvement:

    • Collect customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the company.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must be able to keep up with a fast paced startup environment Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Passion for health, wellness, and the mission of Blueprint Bryan Johnson

    Preferred Skills:

    Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred Experience with Shipbob, Shopify and Gorgias Salary Range: $45-65k/year
