As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will respond to a wide range of incoming customer enquiries with professionalism and care, promoting Utilita’s products and services in line with compliance and customer service standards. You will convert potential customer calls into successful sales opportunities while supporting and improving the switching process to increase customer go-live and retention rates. Delivering exceptional service is key to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Who are we looking for?
