    Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively. Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database. Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
