Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on technical professional to support pre- and post-sales engagements. This individual will act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle and transition into a technical account manager post-sale after the Hypori Delivery team has onboarded the customer. The role ensures successful transitions, adoption, and long-term customer value and retention. Responsibilities
5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
High integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. U.S. citizenship required (role supports federal customers).
