We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join a dynamic team supporting small businesses and creators. In this role, you will engage with customers across multiple channels—including live chat, email, phone, and social media—to provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver product education that helps customers grow their businesses. Working the second shift (1PM–10PM ET) with some weekends, you will collaborate on special projects, contribute to process improvements, and act as an advocate for customers’ needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, passionate about helping others succeed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment where teamwork and collaboration are essential.
