Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Czech to ensure adherence to community guidelines. Classify and assess content according to established moderation policies. Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams. Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to enhance moderation strategies. Collaborate with team members to improve content moderation processes. Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions. Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and with care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
