As a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Presales Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving customer success through innovative solutions. This position combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver compelling demonstrations and presales engagements that inspire customers to embrace Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build a comprehensive demonstration framework and point of view for CRM including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Copilot, Agents and AI capabilities.
Consult with clients, potential clients and Microsoft sellers to craft narratives that resonate with customers’ strategic business goals. Utilize ways our industry solutions coupled with Microsoft platform can contribute to those goals
Collaborate with delivery teams to build accurate estimates and quotes for opportunities. Where warranted, participate in the initial phases of projects to ensure customer’s vision is realized
