In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating Danish user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with our community standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Classify and assess content based on established moderation policies. Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams. Provide insights into content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies. Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance moderation processes. Stay up-to-date with company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines. Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
