Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Accurately classify and assess content based on established moderation policies. Identify, report, and address inappropriate content or guideline violations. Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation effectiveness. Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation processes and policies. Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply guidelines. Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions effectively. Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural context. Self-driven with the capability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
