Processing DAPO work items, provider updates, and pharmacy-related data changes accurately and within required timeframes. Reviewing provider records for completeness, discrepancies, and compliance with state and federal guidelines. Following defined workflows to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed. Documenting all actions clearly in accordance with audit, contract, and policy requirements. Partnering with internal teams to support accurate provider information across all operational systems. What we're looking for
Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required. 1–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider data, pharmacy tech work, retail pharmacy, claims, or similar environments — experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to follow structured procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort navigating multiple systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
