3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present technical findings to non-technical audiences. Interest in financial services, insurance, or digital marketing analytics preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Competitive salary range: $85,000–$120,000 USD annually, with potential performance bonuses and equity.
