Data Analyst (Remote - US)

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business performance. Accountabilities:

• Analyze user interactions and outcome data to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights that drive business results.
• Ensure accurate modeling and integration of data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Partner with senior analysts to design, prioritize, and execute tests that measure the impact of strategies.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business decision-making.
• Support ongoing analysis of campaigns and product portfolios across various channels.
• Assist in improving data processes, accuracy, and accessibility across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar role.

• Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for data access and analysis.

Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Advanced Excel skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present technical findings to non-technical audiences. Interest in financial services, insurance, or digital marketing analytics preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Competitive salary range: $85,000–$120,000 USD annually, with potential performance bonuses and equity.
