Responsibilities Enter and update data in the company databases and other systems accurately and efficiently. Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed for various departments. Manage and organize documentation related to property listings and client information. Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations. Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling data. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management software. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. A high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data management or office administration is a plus.
