In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with automotive dealer partners, driving revenue, retention, and long-term success. You will act as a strategic advisor, providing consultative insights, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance dealer operations. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. Accountabilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealer partners to achieve retention and revenue goals. Utilize a consultative approach to understand dealer needs and align them with products and solutions. Develop and execute strategic account plans for key dealerships. Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Negotiate contract renewals and terms to retain and expand accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and dealer satisfaction. Travel regularly (up to 75%) within the assigned region to engage with dealer partners. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of automotive industry outside sales experience with a focus on consultative, relationship-based selling. Strong business acumen and understanding of F&I programs, reinsurance, and dealership operations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
