The Role We're looking for a Delivery Lead to drive successful project outcomes by bridging the gap between client expectations and our technical delivery capabilities. You'll own the end-to-end project experience, from gathering the initial requirements, scoping through to successful completion, ensuring we consistently deliver value while maintaining strong client relationships and healthy delivery teams. This role is for someone who thrives on the challenging coordination work: breaking down scope, managing dependencies, protecting your team from unnecessary pressures, and keeping everyone aligned on what success looks like. What You'll Do Analyse project scope with clients and translate it into actionable delivery plans Act as the primary connection point between clients and delivery teams Manage product backlogs, release planning, and scope changes Collaborate with Tech Leads to break down work and prioritise effectively Monitor project health, manage risks, and ensure quality delivery Build strong client relationships through transparent communication Set up project governance and adapt delivery cadence to suit each context What We're Looking For

You must have:

Proven experience leading software delivery projects from start to finish Strong capability in scope breakdown and control, understanding the financial impact of changes Demonstrated ability to balance client needs against internal capability Proven ability to work across multiple projects at the same time Evidence of continuously looking for effective ways of working and experimenting to improve the delivery process
