DevOps Engineer | AWS & Azure

Job Overview:

In this position, your main responsibility will be configuring infrastructure to deploy technical solutions. You will be crucial in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring our clients' projects are scalable, available, and secure. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline and optimize the development lifecycle, minimize manual processes, and build a dependable and robust infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, configure, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS platforms.

Work extensively with Azure services, including: Azure Web Apps, Azure Container Apps & Container App Environment, Application Gateway (AppGW), VNet & Subnets, Azure Key Vault, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, Log Analytics Workspace, Azure Storage Accounts, App Service Plans, Private Endpoints, Azure RBAC / Role Assignments & Permissions

• Configure custom authentication and manage secure networking.
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform Enterprise (TFE), CloudFormation, or Bicep/ARM templates to automate cloud resource provisioning and configuration.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using services like Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Prometheus.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Azure AKS, or AWS ECS/EKS.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure follows industry best practices for security, including IAM policies, network security groups, firewalls, and encryption.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role with strong experience in Azure and supporting knowledge of AWS.

• Expertise in Azure services listed above and familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS Fargate, and container-based workloads.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform Enterprise, Bicep, CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, especially GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong scripting skills in Python (must-have), Bash, PowerShell, and YAML (for GitHub workflows and configurations).
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, including macOS and self-hosted runners.
• Familiarity with networking concepts: VPN, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewall Rules, etc.
• Experience with security best practices: IAM, VPC Security Groups, Firewalls, Encryption, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps culture.

Qualifications:

• Certifications in AWS (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) and/or Azure (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and multi-cloud strategies.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Experience with database management and optimization on cloud (RDS, Azure SQL).
