We are looking for a Digital Designer with Motion experience. You might be an experienced senior designer or a mid-weight designer looking for your next challenge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative content across all our creative channels. Experience across digital platforms is a must, where we seek a candidate comfortable creating everything from landing page designs and paid social advertising to dipping into HTML banners for affiliates' sites.
We want to see your love for a bit of motion, too and be responsible for producing engaging videos across key platforms like Instagram, Snap and YouTube, ensuring everything is optimised, on-brand, and tailored to each audience. This is an opportunity for anyone looking to work across multiple design functions where every day can throw up new possibilities, creating design solutions to the highest level of output and consideration. Someone with pure talent and a love and passion to create, we want you to take ownership from conceptualisation to delivery of the brand and liaise with our Art Director to understand how we can set the bar high for all our content. From conceptualisation to delivery, you’ll produce compelling video assets for various channels, including web, email, social and many more.
You’ll play an essential part in the development of all Midnite’s visual elements. Using your expertise, you’ll maintain a coherent, consistent and dynamic design approach, considering 3D design, type, image and layout across all channels to elevate and communicate our brand identity. You’ll work across various growth channels and liaise with the wider design team to collaborate well, you should be comfortable following creative direction, and building upon ideas whilst suggesting ways your trade can enhance our marketing creative. Responsibilities Create best-in-class creative for brand identities, digital campaigns and animation projects, able to comfortably work on static and motion, where familiarity with 3D modelling and animation is a significant advantage. Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools. Work closely and collaborate with the wider teams to develop concepts and treatments, and produce storyboards. Keep up to date with the latest motion and design with a keen eye on social trends. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric, visually compelling digital designs. Confidently work across multiple projects on different timescales and different end products. An understanding of HTML CRM builds and working with platforms like Braze. An understanding of HTML ad builds working with services like Flashtalking to deliver programmatic and display ads. Have responsibility over your own workloads, managing your time effectively and delivering on time. Give direction and provide feedback when working with external talents. You will report to the Art Director and, where needed, support in the running and leading of certain projects. As well as input into project scopes and estimates where required. Skills Mastery in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Cinema 4D (a big bonus). An open approach to how AI can enable and push internal design projects. 5+ years of experience to join our multi-disciplinary team. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into visual narratives. Understanding the role of digital and motion design in holistic brand-building. Creativity and attention to detail in crafting visually stunning static and motion content. Time-management skills to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines. Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong awareness of current trends in both motion and design. Knowledgeable on the fundamentals of great storytelling and how to apply them to both film and motion briefs, and be comfortable expressing your ideas through storyboards and/or treatments. Strong understanding of the importance of brand systems, tone of voice and guidelines. An interest in markets such as sport and gaming, whether that be slots or casino, not a must, but willing to learn and expand.
