As our team grows, we're on the hunt for a vibrant and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist. If you're passionate about email marketing, HubSpot workflows, automations, and LinkedIn, willing to help B2B tech companies grow, and ready to make an impact, this role is for you! PLEASE BE ADVISED - THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE ROLE. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role Collaborate & Create: Work alongside cross-functional teams to brainstorm, plan, and launch digital marketing campaigns that generate insights and leads. Execute & Optimise: Master the art of LinkedIn Automation Tools and LinkedIn Ads—set up, run, and fine-tune campaigns for maximum impact. Innovate Workflows: Build, test, and continuously refine complex workflows in HubSpot, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Strategise & Succeed: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our ambitious company goals. Team Up Globally: Partner with our Sydney-based marketing team to ensure cohesive and aligned digital marketing efforts. Analyse & Report: Dive deep into program performance data, delivering insightful reports that drive future strategies. Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you Education & Experience: A degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, focusing on b2b lead generation (LinkedIn automation tools, email marketing, HubSpot). Skills & Savvy: A strong grasp of project management tools, marketing automation platforms, and lead generation strategies. Organised & Efficient: Exceptional analytical, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities. Communication Rockstar: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ready to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
