Digital Marketing Specialist

ABOUT THE POSITION Linxup is looking for a digital marketing superhero who can have a direct impact on our growth through a variety of digital marketing initiatives and projects. This role will help grow our inbound lead generation through both paid advertising and earned traffic as well as improving website conversion rates.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES:

Website Support:

Web page creation, updates, and blog posting using our CMS Web analytics reporting

Digital Advertising Support:

Support paid search, and programmatic advertising campaigns Manage social media advertising campaigns Manage Directory advertising and industry media campaigns

Onsite SEO/AI Support:

Ensure search engine and AI optimization of web pages Manage production of SEO/AI-optimized longtail content Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and AI trends and updates

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Landing page test planning, setup, tracking using Unbounce Web page optimization and testing using VWO Test analysis and reporting Management and updating of testing hypotheses library Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Google Ads, programmatic platforms (2 years) Using SEO tools like SEMRush (2 years) Using VWO or similar testing tools to run experiments (1 year) Using Unbounce or similar landing page testing tools (1 year) Intermediate knowledge of GA4 Basic HTML skills (will train) Extreme curiosity about marketing and technology WORK ENVIRONMENT Monday through Friday Fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and reward Company promotes work/life balance to achieve maximum performance professionally and personally COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
