Digitalization Expert - B2B Data Domain Owner (f/m/n)

Working closely with both local and central Data & AI teams, you will drive data model and data quality alignment across key AI initiatives, fostering cross-domain collaboration with National Companies (NatCos) and building communities of knowledge sharing on the business side Extensive experience working with large-scale data sets and data modelling in enterprise environments Proven experience with AI technologies, machine learning workflows, and data requirements for AI initiatives Strong background in data governance, data quality management, and data architecture Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships Experience in program steering and coordination across multiple organizational units Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (fluency required) Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives in large, international organizations Experience working with National Companies or subsidiary organizations in coordination and alignment roles Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with focus on business enablement Knowledge of PLUTO or similar data platform initiatives (preferred)
