This Director-level role is responsible for driving data excellence across the organization by fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, building trusted data infrastructure, and partnering cross-functionally to support self-service and operational analytics. You will be a player-coach, overseeing a team of analysts and engineers, and play a key role in setting the data vision at Brightline. This is an ideal role for a data leader who combines technical acumen with business insight, and who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and creating scalable systems that empower teams to make better decisions.
Data & Analytics Strategy
Team Leadership
Data Governance Lead data governance and quality programs that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy standards like HIPAA and GDPR. Define data ownership and implement best practices for documentation, validation, and data lineage. Metrics & Measurement Create and maintain standardized company-wide KPIs that align to organizational goals and performance tracking. Champion a culture of measurement, ensuring leaders have actionable insights at their fingertips. Tooling & Architecture Scale and optimize Brightline’s modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Stitch, Tableau, Sigma) to meet the needs of a growing hybrid care business. Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure our data architecture supports scalability, reliability, and speed. Continuous Improvement Continuously evaluate and improve data workflows, automations, and processes to reduce technical debt and increase efficiency. Identify opportunities for advanced analytics, experimentation, and predictive modeling to enhance clinical and operational impact.
8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles managing people.
