Director of SEO for iGaming Company

Operating in fast-paced competitive markets, the company is strengthening its leadership team with a senior-level SEO expert. Role Overview The Director of SEO will take full ownership of the global SEO function across both brand websites and high-velocity parasite/repurposed domain projects. The company is looking for a highly strategic, mature SEO leader with deep iGaming (preferably affiliate) expertise, capable of creating clarity, designing a scalable SEO vision, and communicating effectively at the executive level. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and own the long-term SEO strategy for brand websites and short-term parasite projects. Build a clear SEO roadmap, KPIs, execution framework, and reporting structure. Provide transparent communication and regular updates to executive stakeholders. Product SEO Full responsibility for SEO performance and ranking of main brand websites. Lead technical SEO, structural optimisation, content strategy, and indexing improvements. Parasite / Burn & Churn / Repurposed Domain SEO Manage and scale aggressive short-term SEO tactics aimed at fast ROI. Drive testing cycles, experiments, and high-velocity ranking strategies. Operational Excellence Implement advanced processes for SEO execution, quality control, and performance measurement. Collaborate closely with content, product, and technical teams. Maintain high accountability and consistent delivery of measurable outcomes. Key Requirements Proven SEO success in iGaming, ideally in affiliate environments. Strong understanding of Product SEO, Parasite SEO, and grey/black-hat methodologies. Ability to build clear strategies and communicate them effectively at an executive level. Experience working with SEO and content-heavy operations. Excellent analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts. High personal accountability and a results-driven mindset.
