Director of Social Commerce & TikTok Shop

As we continue to scale across channels, TikTok Shop is becoming one of the most important growth channels in the entire company. We launched on TikTok Shop just weeks ago and have already seen explosive traction, and now we’re looking for a world-class operator to take ownership of the channel and build it into a major revenue engine for Freebird. We’re hiring a Director of TikTok Shop / Social Commerce to architect, build, and scale a high-performing TikTok Shop program that becomes a core pillar of Freebird’s growth.

• You will partner across Growth, Creative, E-commerce, Amazon, and Retail to turn TikTok Shop into a channel that drives massive revenue, awareness, content volume, and incrementality.
• This role blends creator psychology, growth strategy, systems thinking, and operational excellence into one.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and own the TikTok Shop strategy, roadmap, and P&L
